Welcome to the website of Ammonite Nova Scotia Corporation. We are a new company with an exclusive focus on exploration and development opportunities offshore Nova Scotia.

Ammonite holds a 100% WI in Canada Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board (CNSOPB) exploration licenses #2417 and #2418. The licenses cover an area of 281,000 acres and are located in relatively shallow water near the Sable Island gas production complex. License #2417 contains the undeveloped Penobscot oil discovery, and License #2418 contains the Eagle natural gas discovery. Aggregate mean contingent resources for the two discoveries are estimated to be approximately 500 BCF gas and 22 million barrels of light gravity oil. Existing 3D seismic indicates additional undrilled structures with significant further resource potential.

As Ammonite pursues the appraisal and development of the two discoveries, and evaluation of the undrilled structures, the company will be seeking drilling partners, and the services of the entire spectrum of energy service contractors.
